This app will help you fall in love with fitness and help you achieve your fitness goals. The application is designed for all shapes and sizes and for all purposes. You choose how many days a week you would like to train and what kind of diet you would like to follow. You will be provided with daily workouts and diet from a library of healthy and delicious recipes. The application promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that everyone can follow.
Your workout schedule is broken down into milestones that change every two weeks so you can progress. You choose to either lose weight, tone/keep fit, or increase muscle mass as your primary goal. The programs are basically strength training with HIIT workouts, cycles, and bodyweight. No workout can be boring! Your workouts are intense and last no more than 1 hour. The app includes quick workouts, challenges and full body workouts to choose from. get a personalized meal plan with calories and macros for your goal, to which you can then add recipes from the magazine.
